Anovia Health, a physician-led, independent, Wisconsin-based primary care provider, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN)/LPN or CMA to be an integral part of our care team as we grow and expand into Milwaukee. Here, you will be part of a team overseen by a physician, and/or advanced practice clinician in providing high-quality care for patients from birth to age 64. Who We're Looking For Licensed RN, LPN, or CMA with solid clinical experience Patient-focused and comfortable building strong, ongoing relationships Confident working in a small, collaborative care team Self-directed and dependable, with good clinical judgment Certified and proficient in phlebotomy Interested in practicing in a setting that prioritizes quality and efficiency over volume Why You'll Love This Role More time with patients without focusing on volume A calm, organized clinic environment with realistic expectations Close collaboration with physicians and advanced practice clinicians Flexibility in scheduling, with some variation in clinic hours/days Opportunities to grow in responsibility, leadership, and compensation A supportive culture that values accountability, ownership, and teamwork What You'll Do Greet, room, and prepare patients for visits — capturing vitals, health history, and medication reconciliation with a personal touch Perform phlebotomy and other clinical procedures confidently and competently Prepare charts and exam rooms, and support physicians and advanced practice clinicians throughout each visit Support daily clinic operations to keep patient flow smooth and efficient Practice to the top of your license — monitoring patient progress, spotting complications early, and helping shape the plan of care Build lasting relationships with patients through follow-up visits and education that keeps them engaged in their own health Coordinate the details that keep care moving, from referrals and prior authorizations to connecting patients with community resources Help keep the clinic clean, organized, and well-stocked — from daily upkeep to ordering supplies About Anovia Health Anovia Health is an independent direct primary care organization reintroducing how primary care is delivered across Wisconsin. Pay:

$27.00 - $40.00 per hour
