Shift:

7:00 PM - 7:30

AM Experience:

12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months. 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience with 1 month within the last 12 months. Experience with Epic is preferred. ADN completion required.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required after submission). This role may require floating to additional units and locations Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted. No current placement allowed at

Program:

Staffency Program - Aspirus. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Required Skills/Experience:

Ability to read telemetry strips required.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

ED or ICU experience preferred.

Unit Details:

ICU and Med Surg are a shared unit. Nurse-to-patient ratios range from 1:4-5 on days/evenings and 1:6-7 on evenings/nights.

Shift & Scheduling:

Every other weekend and every other holiday. May be placed on call during low census hours.

Floating Requirements:

Occasional need to float to other departments or Aspirus locations such as Merrill, Wausau, Stanley, and Langlade; will only help out and will not take a patient load, completing tasks such as vital checks. 9 days maximum time off 1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 3 years 1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months Proof of identification required
