Required Qualifications:

Active RN license with the ability to practice in Wisconsin Minimum of two years experience in a Cardiac/Vascular Operating Room (CVOR) setting BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Experience with complex surgical cases and sterile techniques Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive perioperative nursing care to CVOR patients Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other OR staff to ensure patient safety Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document all aspects of patient care Maintain strict adherence to sterile field protocols and infection control standards Support patients and their families through pre- and post-surgical phases
