Urgent Care APP | PA-C or Nurse Practitioner | New Richmond Hudson Physicians is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Urgent Care team at New Richmond Medical Center. This opportunity offers manageable patient volumes, strong clinical support and collaboration with experienced physicians and advanced practice providers. The incoming provider will care for patients of all ages within an independent, physician-owned organization serving the St. Croix Valley. Why Join Hudson Physicians? Collaborative Provider Team Advanced Practice Providers work closely with: Urgent Care physicians and APPs Family Medicine physicians Clinical assistants Registered nurses and licensed practical nurses Urgent Care leadership Imaging and laboratory teams On-site and regional specialty providers Independent and Locally Led Hudson Physicians is an independent, physician-owned organization with a network of 70 providers across western Wisconsin and eastern Minnesota. Scope of Care The Urgent Care team evaluates and treats a broad range of acute illnesses and injuries, including: Respiratory illnesses Cold and flu symptoms Minor fractures Sprains and strains Cuts requiring stitches Minor burns Abdominal concerns Infections Work-related injuries Other non-emergency illnesses and injuries Qualifications Qualified candidates should: Be a licensed or license-eligible Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in Wisconsin Hold current national certification Be eligible for prescribing authority in Wisconsin Maintain current BLS certification Be comfortable caring for patients across the lifespan Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and communication skills Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine experience is preferred.
