Schedule:
12-hour night shifts (36 hours per week) Shift times: 7:00 pm - 7:30 am Every other weekend rotation required Holiday coverage on a rotating basis No on-call or call back obligations No floating to other units
Desired Qualifications:
Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license Demonstrated experience working in Emergency Room environments Current BLS and ACLS certifications (additional certifications preferred) Strong clinical assessment and decision-making abilities Ability to perform effectively under pressure Excellent communication and documentation skills Familiarity with hospital electronic medical records systems
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients with emergent needs Perform assessments, triage, and prioritize patient care effectively Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans Administer medications and treatments while monitoring for adverse reactions Educate patients and families about diagnoses, interventions, and post-discharge care Document patient status, interventions, and outcomes accurately and promptly
