Key Responsibilities Assist with resident admissions and discharges Complete accident/incident reports and follow-up investigations Transcribe physician orders and accurately document resident information Notify physicians and families as needed regarding resident status Review medication orders for accuracy and completeness Prepare and administer medications as ordered Participate in care planning and care conferences, updating plans as needed Develop and maintain good working relationships with all disciplines Participate in continuing education and professional development Learn and adapt to Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems as required Interact tactfully with personnel, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies Perform additional duties as assigned by Nursing Director or Administrator Licenses & Requirements Current Registered Nursing License in the State of Wisconsin What We're Looking For Compassionate, professional, and resident-focused Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently Commitment to providing high-quality nursing care We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
