Skilled Nursing RN - Nights A Skilled Nursing RN is needed for a night-shift opening in Richland Center, Wisconsin 53581. The position is based at 25951 Circle View Lane in a skilled nursing environment. The RN will support residents and the nursing team during the overnight schedule. This opening includes an every-other-weekend obligation and requires consistent availability for the stated shift hours.

Skilled nursing Responsibilities Provide resident-centered nursing support within the skilled nursing setting. Follow established care plans and nursing procedures throughout the assigned shift. Observe and document resident status and communicate relevant changes to the care team. Coordinate with nursing and support staff to maintain organized, consistent resident care. Complete required documentation and assigned shift responsibilities. Qualifications RN credentials appropriate for the skilled nursing assignment.
