Qualifications:

Active RN license in good standing Previous experience as a CVOR nurse required Proficiency in cardiovascular surgical procedures and sterile techniques Strong critical thinking, multi-tasking, and communication skills Current BLS and ACLS certifications

Key Responsibilities:

Circulate and/or scrub in cardiovascular operating room surgeries Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff to provide optimal patient care Maintain strict adherence to safety and infection control protocols Monitor patients throughout surgical procedures Document patient information and communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team
