We are looking for an individual holding a Bachelor's degree in a healthcare related field with a minimum of 2 years of full-time supervisory or managerial experience in hospice, home health agency, primary care clinic or health facility within the last 5 years! Current license in the state of Wisconsin . RN license is preferred (BSN)!
