  • Home Health Case Manager for a 13-week contract opportunity in West Allis, Wisconsin.

Monday-Friday Daily Shift:

May float to neighboring areas if census dictates Patient Service Area (PSA): Continuing Health PSA Requirements Minimum 3 years of nursing experience First-time travelers are not accepted (travel experience required) WI RN license or Compact RN license BLS required Valid driver's license and insurance required Home Health experience preferred Experience with wounds, IVs, ostomies, catheters, and drains Patient Population Average 6-7 patients per day Common patient needs include:
