Role Overview:

Seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive inpatient nursing care to primarily adult patients. The RN will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care while demonstrating strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.

Required Qualifications:

Current Wisconsin RN license OR Multistate/NLC RN license from a participating state required. AHA BLS certification or approved equivalent required. Associate's degree in nursing (ADN) required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. 1 year of Medical/Surgical nursing experience preferred. Strong customer service, critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to provide safe and effective care to adult inpatient populations. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for an assigned group of inpatient patients. Provide safe, comprehensive nursing care to primarily adult Medical/Surgical patients. Monitor patient conditions, identify changes in status, and take appropriate clinical action. Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans based on patient needs. Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions in accordance with established standards and protocols. Demonstrate strong critical thinking and clinical judgment when prioritizing patient care. Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, interventions, and patient responses. Provide excellent customer service and promote a positive patient experience. Organize and prioritize multiple patient-care responsibilities in a fast-paced inpatient environment. Participate in patient education, discharge planning, and continuity of care.
