Weekly Hours:

12 hours/week is ideal. Flexible scheduling and hours Extern I

• Entry Level Float experience across multiple units: Medical-Surgical Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Emergency Room (ER) Pediatrics Mother/Baby Extern II
• Advanced Level For students entering the final year of their nursing program Unit-based placements in: Med-Surg ICU ER Women's and Children's units Externs may shadow an RN and perform skills under supervision Role Overview
  Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and in accordance with hospital and nursing policies, the Nurse Extern supports patient care by performing routine clinical tasks aligned with their level of training and experience.
