required ACLS required BSN not required Unexpired driver's license required at submission Unit Details 23-bed locked inpatient behavioral health unit Adult patients, 18+ Average length of stay: 5.5-8.2 days Typical diagnoses include depression, suicidal ideation, co-occurring substance use, mania, and psychosis Typical RN ratio: 1:8 Charge nurse/house supervisor available 24/7 APRN available 24/7 Psychiatric physicians and respiratory therapy available In-house pharmacy 24/7 Low-violence unit with a low restraint rate Workplace violence prevention training provided 3 shifts of floor-specific orientation with a preceptor

Additional:

Navy blue scrubs required. Block scheduling may be available based on unit needs.
