Job Description
Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm with benefits. The RN competes in-home assessments and oversees the service delivery by the in-home caregivers. Its a low stress, no skilled care, no weekends, off all holidays, rewarding job. We are an equal opportunity provider. Responsibilities and Duties Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to completing in-home care assessments based on the policies and procedures that regulate the program, reviewing the caregiver worksheets, completing and investigating incident reports. Qualifications and Skills The applicant must have a WV RN license, Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, be compassionate, pass a WV Cares background check.
