Full-Time (4 day week (Monday - Thursday) | Maben, WV | $20.00-$22.00hr (based on experience) | Benefits | No On-Call/No after hours/ No weekends Integrated Resources, Inc. (IRI) is seeking a compassionate and dependable Behavior Support Professional (BSP) to join our team serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through West Virginia's Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities Waiver (IDDW) Program. This is a full-time position based in Maben, West Virginia, with a pay range of $20.00-$22.00 per hour, based on education, qualifications, and experience. Applicants must meet WV Bureau for Medical Services requirements for a Behavior Support Professional (BSP I or BSP II).

BSP I candidates need:

A Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in a human services field or qualifying Board of Regents degree. At least one year of professional experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, or the ability to meet applicable BMS clinical-supervision requirements. Required Positive Behavior Support training, including an approved WV-APBS curriculum, or the ability to complete required BSP training within the timeframe permitted by WV BMS. Ability to successfully complete all required background checks, training, and IDDW credentialing requirements. Already a BSP, BCBA, BCaBA, or experienced behavioral professional?
