JOB SUMMARY
The Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) supports Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County's mission by delivering compassionate, person-centered care using the Planetree model. The RN provides clinical expertise, care coordination, patient education, and direct nursing support in the outpatient setting. Working closely with providers, Medical Assistants, and interdisciplinary team members, the RN promotes safe, efficient, and patient-focused care. As a trusted resource for patients and staff, the Clinic RN helps create a supportive environment where high-quality care and strong patient relationships remain central. The Clinic RN serves as an advocate for patients by ensuring their needs, concerns, and preferences are heard, respected, and incorporated into their care.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor's degree in nursing encouraged but not required.
Certifications/Licenses:
Currently licensed in good standing as a Registered Nurse by the Wyoming State Board of Nursing. BLS Certification required.
Job Knowledge and Skills:
Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care. Clear, respectful verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail and accuracy in clinical and administrative tasks. Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with computers and electronic health records. Professionalism, accountability, and emotional resilience. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team dedicated to high-quality care.
