Job Description

Oasis Pavilion Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking an Admissions Coordinator who wants to become part of a dynamic and compassionate team. We are located in Casa Grande, AZ. We provide caring and highly effective rehabilitation for those that need our help. We offer competitive pay

Note:

Weekend only position

Job Functions:

Assist in the coordinating of the admissions from referral sourcing. Perform and assume some admission functions for hospital discharge planners and referring physician offices to facilitate the process. Work closely with all departments at Oasis Pavilion Nursing & Rehabilitation Center to coordinate admissions and the process. Ensure that all admission paperwork is completed correctly and thoroughly. Continually provide feedback to and work closely with the Administrator, Director of Nursing, Social Services Director, Activities Director, Transportation and Business Office Director in order to upgrade our admission process.

Qualifications:

Must have experience in healthcare Admissions process Must have experience in verifying medical insurance Must have knowledge of obtaining authorizations Must have Medical Terminology knowledge Must have Level 1 Finger Clearance Card or be able to obtain one Have the ability to multitask Must be 18 years or older Have reliable transportation Why fight traffic? Drive to Casa Grande. Located 30 minutes southeast of Maricopa, 30 minutes south of Chandler, Gilbert, and Ahwatukee. Minimal traffic from all directions, seven days a week.
