Job Description

Busy private practice in Scottsdale looking for an experienced Front Office Lead to run the desk and support the office manager and owner. You'll handle phones, scheduling, check-in/out, insurance, and the patient experience. You'll also present larger cases (implants, Invisalign, veneers, full-mouth). We want someone who already does this work and likes owning the front. Schedule Mon 6:30am-1:30pm Tue 11:30am-6:30pm Wed 6:30am-1:30pm Thu 12:30pm-7:30pm Fri 7:30am-1:30pm Please apply only if this schedule works for you. It is set. Pay & benefits $24-$28/hr DOE + team production bonus We're looking for 2+ years dental front office (lead/senior preferred) Open Dental strongly preferred Strong insurance, scheduling, and patient communication Comfort presenting larger treatment plans
