Job Description
We are searching for a patient/ treatment coordinator who is going to be the face of our practice. You must be energetic, positive, organized and works well with others. Training provided for the right candidate. We take pride in the cohesiveness of our team, and are searching for that missing piece to the puzzle! What does the perfect fit look like to us? At least 1 year of customer service / sales / dental experience Orthodontics and / or pediatric dental experience a plus Consistent availability Excellent time management A fast learner A TEAM player Malleability Duties Include but not limited to: Greeting patients Scheduling appointments Verifying insurance Billing Presenting treatment plans to patients Planning events and activities
