This person is the first voice a new patient hears and the friendly face they see when they walk in. You will answer calls with a caring, professional tone, turn new patient inquiries into booked appointments, present treatment plans and financing in a way patients understand and trust, and build real relationships that keep patients coming back. Many of our new patients come from people who already love us and refer their family and friends, and that starts with the person at our front desk making everyone feel welcome from the very first call. The right person has at least two years of dental front office experience and is genuinely great with people and on the phone. You are comfortable with dental terminology, scheduling, insurance verification, and presenting treatment and financing options, and you take real ownership of the patient experience. Familiarity with dental practice management software is helpful and bilingual Spanish is a plus.
