Job Description
Director of Patient Care Services (DPCS) / DON - Hospice Growing California hospice agency is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as Director of Patient Care Services (DPCS/DON) . We are looking for a knowledgeable, hands-on clinical leader who understands hospice operations, patient care, staff supervision, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
Active California RN license Hospice experience strongly preferred Minimum 2 years of supervisory/management experience preferred Knowledge of Medicare/CMS and California hospice regulations Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Bachelor's Degree in a health related fieldWe Offer:
