$26.00/hour About Us Dr. Iman Bar, MD has practiced medicine in Newport Beach since 1990. Her training runs from Hematology-Oncology through a research fellowship at Emory in cellular medicine, and in 2022 she opened her longevity-focused practice here. Clinically, the practice is broad. On any given week the work spans advanced diagnostics and lab review, hormone health, IV wellness, physician-performed regenerative procedures including PRP and stem cell therapy, ultrasound-guided injections, peptide therapy, and preventive care. Everything is physician-directed and starts with lab work rather than a menu. Members are largely executives, athletes, and people who perform for a living. They expect discretion. They also expect to be treated like a person instead of a chart number. We are a small team, and we move fast. This is not a large clinic where you do one narrow thing all day. The Role You will help Dr. Bar stay organized and stay functional.

The job is support:

inventory, answering the phone when needed, talking with clients here and there, and stepping in on whatever keeps the practice running smoothly so she can do her job. Flexibility matters here. The day is not a fixed checklist. Dr. Bar will need help with different things at different times, and you should be ready to jump in and handle what she needs without needing a rigid script. Filming may also take place from time to time as part of supporting Dr. Bar's content. What You Will Do Keep inventory organized and stocked, and flag what needs reordering Answer phones and help with client communication as needed Help Dr. Bar stay on top of day-to-day organization and follow-through Stay flexible and help with whatever Dr. Bar needs in the moment to keep her and the practice moving Help with light content filming when it comes up What We Are Looking ForRequired Flexible and adaptable.
