Minimum of s ix (6) months of customer service, clerical or front office experience.Preferred:
Experience in a medical practice, clinic or office setting. Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and practice management systems (scheduling/billing). EducationRequired:

Some post High School education, to include Medical Office courses. Specialized SkillsRequired:
Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to handle interruptions in work-tasks due to greeting people and answering multi-phone lines. Excellent interpersonal skills, judgement with the ability to work harmoniously with others.Preferred:
Medical terminology knowledge such asCPT & ICD10
coding. Bilingual in English/ Spanish or English/Vietnamese . Knowledge of scheduling software products and processes.Licensure Required:
