Description In this role, you will report directly to the Manager, providing support to physicians and patients for assigned primary and specialty care providers within the Rancho Palos Verdes office. You will serve as a key liaison between patients and providers, assist patients in accessing services throughout the health system, facilitate communication with referring physicians, coordinate referrals, and provide follow-up through telephone and EPIC/Care Connect to ensure a seamless patient experience.
