SCHEDULE & PRACTICE MODEL

• Monday through Friday schedule
• No nights or weekends required
• No call coverage responsibilities
• Average daily patient volume of approximately 16-20 patients
• Outpatient-only primary care setting

CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide full-spectrum outpatient primary care services
• Manage acute and chronic health conditions across the lifespan
• Develop long-term patient relationships through continuity of care
• Perform preventative care, wellness visits, and chronic disease management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and support staff
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within

EPIC EMR COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Base salary range: $159,000-$187,000
• Sign-on bonus available

Requirements:

• Family Nurse Practitioner license in California
