Job Summary:
The
PAS I ED/PBX
is responsible for answering all incoming calls coming into the hospital through the PBX console, announcing all standard emergency codes and authorized pages, and monitoring emergency panels. What You'll Bring to the
Team:
Ability to multitask by managing multi-phone lines and calls panels simultaneously, while maintaining calmness at all times. Organized and detail oriented. Customer service skills
Licensure and Certification:
N/A Education:
Minimum High School graduate or GED equivalent
Experience:
One (1) year minimum in hospital or other setting. Prior PBX experience helpful.
