This role is entry-level and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with advanced verbal communication and problem solving skills. You will work directly with our First-Party Receivables Manager to support client cash flow while delivering respectful, solution-focused service to medical patients via phone. Key Responsibilities Make outbound and receive inbound calls to assist patients in resolving outstanding balances Accurately review, document, and update patient account information across multiple systems Maintain detailed notes and follow established compliance standards Meet or exceed individual monthly performance goals Collaborate with leadership to improve workflow efficiency Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Reliable attendance and strong work ethic 1-2 years of experience in medical billing, insurance follow-up, or accounts receivable preferred, but not necessary Experience working within EHR systems preferred Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortability handling and de-escalating difficult conversations Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
