Job Description

Goodman Orthodontics is looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our team! Responsibilities Work closely with families in our observation program to prepare them for upcoming appointments Review and update patient records and treatment information Communicate with patients' general dentists regarding dental records, treatment, and referrals Follow up with families regarding recommended dental visits and orthodontic treatment readiness Coordinate appointments and ensure families understand their next steps Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with our patients and referring dental offices Support the front office team as needed Qualifications Minimum Dental Assistant (DA) experience required Orthodontic experience preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Comfortable communicating with parents, patients, and dental offices Positive attitude and strong team player We are looking for someone who loves working with families, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and wants to be part of a fun, patient-focused orthodontic team!
Pay:
$25.00 - $32.00 per hour
