At Avail Soft Tissue & Spine, we help patients get out of chronic pain and back to the activities they love. We're a small team with a big mission and the person at our front desk shapes every patient's impression of our clinic. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Greet patients, schedule appointments, process payments, and prepare patient records Answer and return calls, emails, and messages Understand and follow HIPAA privacy requirements Light cleaning between patients, such as wiping down treatment tables Assist the provider with patient positioning and treatment setup as needed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

High school diploma / GED or higher Detail-oriented, professional, and genuinely interested in growing with the clinic Compassionate and respectful, with strong communication and phone etiquette Comfortable with technology — we will train you on our software A team player who can both give and receive constructive feedback Comfortable assisting with hands-on patient care Bilingual (Spanish) a plus, but not required
