No double booking. Total Function Physical Therapy is looking for a Physical Therapist who wants to provide great patient care without feeling like they're working on an assembly line. We're a private outpatient physical therapy practice with two Colorado Springs locations and a satellite clinic. Our PTs treat patients one-on-one with no double booking , allowing them to build relationships, use their clinical skills, and guide their patients through their full plan of care. And because life outside the clinic matters too, our full-time PTs have the option of a 4x10 or 5x8 schedule . Why Total Function? You'll evaluate and treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions using evidence-based care, therapeutic exercise, manual therapy and your own clinical judgment. Our therapists are encouraged to continue developing their clinical skills, collaborate with one another and bring new ideas to the practice. What You'll Do Perform comprehensive evaluations Develop individualized plans of care Provide one-on-one treatment with no double booking Guide patients through their full plan of care Utilize evidence-based treatment and manual therapy techniques Educate patients and help them work toward their functional goals Maintain accurate and timely documentation Collaborate with other clinicians and team members Participate in continued clinical and professional development Who We're Looking For Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Current Colorado Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Colorado licensure Strong communication and patient-care skills Interest in outpatient orthopedics and/or sports medicine Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team Desire to continue developing clinically and professionally Experienced Physical Therapists and new graduates are encouraged to apply. Your First Six Weeks We don't expect a new therapist to walk into Total Function and immediately carry a full caseload. New hires receive dedicated onboarding followed by a structured six-week caseload ramp-up as they learn our systems, patients and clinic environment. New graduates also receive additional clinical mentorship and support as they transition into outpatient practice. Schedule Our clinics operate Monday through Friday. Full-time Physical Therapists may choose between a 4x10 or 5x8 schedule , based on clinic coverage and patient needs. No weekends. Compensation $82,000
