TMS is a cutting-edge therapy for patients with depression and other mental health conditions. Our practice strives to improve access to holistic and cost-effective mental health care while supporting our clinical and administrative staff in all aspects of their work. Our team members define this work as rewarding due to seeing patient's vast improvement in mood, and a great way to gain patient interaction experience.

Position Requirement:

Part-time in office starting mid to late

September Hours:

9 or 10am-2 or 3pm Monday thru

Friday Essential Responsibilities:

Learn to administer TMS treatments and support patients with positive communication and encouragement to help them achieve the best outcomes. Monitor for and respond to any adverse effects, notifying the doctor or provider as needed. Assist in the management of adverse events, including seizure response. Complete all required clinical and administrative documentation accurately, legibly, and on time using our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Gather and review medical records to assist psychiatrists in evaluating patients for treatment suitability. Provide psychoeducation, helping patients understand the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle during their treatment. Correctly position the TMS helmet - we use the Brainsway TMS device for deepTMS. Open and close office according to protocol Review the office for a neat, professional appearance and make necessary changes Check the daily schedule for accuracy and confirm with all providers Answer and respond to telephone calls and email correspondences with professionalism Review and inventory supplies for the office and provide order to Management. Track cases and referrals to and from other practices May assist with the design of marketing and promotional materials (print and electronic)

Minimum Qualifications:

Candidates will be considered for either the TMS Tech Trainee or TMS Tech role based on experience. Must enjoy one on one personal interactions. Our clients do daily treatments for 6 weeks so you will have opportunities to build trust and see progress.

TMS Tech Trainee:

High school diploma

Preferred:

Experience in healthcare (MA, CNA, EMT, EEG Tech, Medic), EHR familiarity, or mental health setting experience. basic knowledge of health insurance (deductibles, OOP, copays, ...) TMS Certification preferred.

Hourly Rate:

$22.00

TMS Tech:

High School Diploma Minimum 6 months of TMS Tech experience required.

Preferred:

Healthcare experience (MA, CNA, EMT, EEG Tech, Medic), EHR experience, or mental health setting experience. TMS Certification required.

Hourly Rate:

$22.00 - $27.00 (based on relevant experience).
