We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and compassionate Clinical Social Worker to join our new women's residential treatment program. This is a dynamic, hands-on role for a clinician who brings creativity, enthusiasm, and a strong commitment to supporting women throughout their treatment journey. The Social Worker will play an integral role in providing comprehensive clinical care, including: Facilitating daily therapeutic groups for women in treatment Conducting individual and family therapy sessions Developing and coordinating individualized treatment and discharge plans Providing case management and connecting clients with appropriate resources Coordinating care and communication between the treatment team and clients Collaborating with staff to ensure a supportive, engaging, and therapeutic environment This is a full-time position, five days per week, including one weekend shift . We are looking for someone who is hands-on, creative, energetic, and passionate about working with women in treatment . The ideal candidate will bring positive energy to both clients and staff, while demonstrating strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced residential setting. Experience in a comparable clinical or residential treatment setting is required.
