- $3,000 at 90 days of employment. Comprehensive Orthopaedics is seeking a full-time physical therapist to join our team. We're looking for candidates with exceptional patient skills who thrive in outpatient care. This position may require you to travel between our offices in Wallingford, Southington, and Meriden.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, emphasizing outpatient orthopedic care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of physicians, Mid-level providers, and therapists to develop comprehensive care plans. Maintain a state-of-the-art, patient-centric environment that ensures comfort and privacy for all patients and their families. Foster an ethically-driven clinical approach, working cohesively within a positive, cooperative team. Promote independent, healthy lifestyles while upholding job security within our stable and growing organization.
Qualifications:
Valid license as a physical therapist. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. Experience or interest in outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine. Ability to work effectively within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team. Empathetic and caring attitude, aligning with our patient-centric approach.

$45.00 - $65.00 per hour
