About us Hammers and Riccio Imaging is a small fast paced, busy Diagnostic and Interventional Ultrasound office in New Haven; We are open Monday Though Friday 8 am to 4 pm We are looking for a dependable, positive attitude and tech-savvy Medical Receptionist to help our patients and our team., the candidate for the position needs to be able to (not limited to): Greet patients, vendors, visitors when they come in. Answer phone calls. Make appointments for patients. Collecting and organizing accurate patient information in our Electronic system. Answering medical records requests. Monitoring and respond office emails. Handle charts and necessary records for the appointments. Able to utilize the fax for inbound and outbound Process patient payments, current and past balances.

Requirements:

Computer Literacy, Emails, web browsing, Office suite (word, basic excel) Required Minimun 2 years of experience, required Medical terminology knowledge required. Familiar with medical charts, medical records, HIPAA Bilingual (Spanish, Highly preferred) Reliable transportation.
