NEW POSITION
working for our state-of-the-art dental practice in Bay Harbor & Sunny Isles locations!! We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and highly motivated Patient Coordinator with excellent people skills who wants to be part of an amazing team! Position Overview The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced dental environment, enjoys interacting with patients, and has a passion for delivering exceptional service. Ideal Candidate Enthusiastic and passionate about patient care Strong leadership and team management skills Professional, warm, and friendly demeanor in person and over the phone Eager to learn, grow, and take initiative Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills English (required) Spanish and/or Russian (preferred) Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and committed to long-term growth Ability to anticipate needs and problem-solve effectively Works well in a team environment with a positive attitude Key Responsibilities Oversee daily front office operations and team coordination Present and explain treatment plans, financial options, and insurance coverage to patients Verify PPO insurance and fee-for-service plans (No HMO's) Ensure all patient forms, consents, and documentation are completed accurately Manage patient scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups Monitor patient flow and ensure a smooth, timely experience Supervise front desk staff and support team performance Handle billing, co-pays, and payment processing Maintain a professional, clean, and organized office environment Address patient concerns and ensure a high level of satisfaction Utilize dental software systems (Open Dental knowledge is a plus) Perform additional administrative and patient support duties as needed Requirements Minimum 2 year of experience Strong knowledge of dental insurance (PPO) and billing processes Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
