Chief Operating Officer (COO) About the Position Embracing Life Wellness Center is seeking an outgoing, professional, and motivated individual to join our growing Miami team. This unique hybrid role combines community outreach and local marketing, patient and office support, and TMS patient care. It is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, working with patients, and having variety in their day rather than spending every day behind a desk. This position will initially begin on a part-time basis, with the expectation of transitioning to full-time by January 2027 or sooner, based on practice growth and operational needs. About Us Embracing Life Wellness Center is an established outpatient psychiatric practice providing compassionate, evidence-based mental healthcare across multiple Florida locations. Our services include psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and innovative treatments such as NeuroStar Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS). As we continue growing our Miami presence, we're looking for someone excited to help us build relationships within the local healthcare community while supporting our patients and practice. Community Outreach & Marketing Collaborate directly with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) to develop and execute community outreach initiatives throughout Miami Visit physician offices, therapists, healthcare practices, and other potential referral partners to introduce our practice and services Build and maintain relationships with local healthcare professionals and community organizations Coordinate and attend physician office lunches and other outreach opportunities Distribute educational and marketing materials to community partners Attend relevant community, networking, and professional events Identify new partnerships, events, referral opportunities, and creative ways to increase awareness of our practice within the Miami community Maintain organized follow-up with community contacts and referral relationships Patient & Office Support When not conducting community outreach, responsibilities will include: Answer incoming calls and assist prospective and current patients Schedule new patient appointments and assist with patient inquiries Greet and assist patients in the office Maintain accurate patient information within our electronic medical record (EMR) Assist with patient paperwork and general office responsibilities Support the day-to-day administrative and operational needs of the Miami office TMS Technician No prior TMS experience is required. Training and certification will be provided. Once trained, responsibilities will include: Administer TMS treatments under physician supervision and established clinical protocols Prepare and monitor patients during treatment Accurately document treatment information Maintain TMS equipment and treatment areas Build rapport with patients and provide a comfortable and supportive treatment experience Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Fluency in both English and Spanish required, including verbal and written communication Degree in Psychology, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred Previous healthcare, medical office, community outreach, marketing, business development, or patient-facing experience preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Professional, outgoing, and comfortable developing new professional relationships Organized, dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Compassionate and comfortable interacting with mental health patients Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local community outreach required Schedule & Position Growth This position will initially be approximately 20-30 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Daily hours may vary based on community outreach activities, physician office lunches, and TMS treatment scheduling. The position is expected to transition to full-time by January 2027 or sooner, based on practice growth and operational needs. The anticipated full-time schedule will be Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM-6:00 PM. Occasional community events or outreach opportunities may take place outside of regularly scheduled hours. Advance notice will be provided whenever attendance outside of the standard schedule is requested.
