Adaptive Care Network (ACN) is seeking a passionate, grounded, and driven Admissions Coordinator to help individuals and families take the first step toward recovery. As part of ACN's central admissions team in Deerfield Beach , you'll be the first point of contact for clients seeking help — guiding them through screening, verification, and placement with professionalism and empathy. This is a fast-paced, mission-driven environment where attention to detail and compassion go hand in hand. What You'll Do Handle inbound and follow-up calls from prospective clients and families. Conduct preliminary screenings to gather insurance, clinical, and logistical information. Verify insurance benefits and communicate coverage options clearly and accurately. Coordinate closely with clinical, medical, and intake teams to ensure a seamless handoff. Maintain organized, compliant client records within the CRM system. Support clients who need alternate care options or outside referrals. Escalate urgent or complex cases promptly to leadership. Represent ACN's values of empathy, efficiency, and integrity in every interaction. What You Bring 1-2 years of experience in behavioral health admissions, healthcare coordination, or customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and a high attention to detail. Familiarity with CRM or EHR systems preferred. Experience with insurance verification and pre-admission workflows is a plus. Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold HIPAA compliance. A calm, steady presence under pressure and a sincere desire to help others.
