Monday-Thursday, 10:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.
Position Type:
Part-time, fully in-office About Ezra Medical Ezra Medical provides psychiatric, primary care, and wound care services to assisted living facilities (ALFs) and skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) throughout Florida. We are seeking an organized, dependable, and professional Medical Office & Provider Coordinator to support our providers, facility partners, and daily office operations. Responsibilities Process and manage employee and provider payroll Communicate with field providers regarding schedules, facility needs, documentation, and other operational matters Communicate professionally with assisted living and skilled nursing facility staff Help coordinate provider visits and resolve scheduling or communication issues Review, sort, and distribute incoming mail Monitor and order office supplies Maintain organized records and assist with general administrative responsibilities Follow up on outstanding items to ensure daily operations run smoothly Qualifications Strong spoken and written English is required Spanish fluency is preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Comfortable communicating with medical providers and healthcare facility staff Dependable, professional, and able to work independently Comfortable handling payroll and confidential information Previous experience in healthcare administration, medical office operations, payroll, or provider coordination is preferred Basic computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, and office software Schedule and Location This is a fully in-office position at our Hollywood, Florida office. The required schedule is Monday through Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Remote or hybrid work is not available.
