Dental Front Office / Patient Coordinator Lake Mary, FL Full-Time | 4-Day Work Week Join Our Dental Team! Are you a friendly, organized, and technology-savvy professional who enjoys helping people? We are looking for an enthusiastic Dental Front Office / Patient Coordinator to join our team in Lake Mary, Florida. We are seeking someone who is dependable, positive, detail-oriented, and enjoys working as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have dental front-office experience and be comfortable using technology. Eagle soft experience is preferred. What You'll Do Welcome patients and provide an exceptional front-office experience Answer phones and schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments Manage patient check-in and check-out Verify insurance and assist with patient billing and payments Maintain accurate patient information and records Communicate professionally with patients, team members, and insurance companies Support the dental team and contribute to smooth day-to-day office operations Learn and use technology and dental practice management systems effectively What We're Looking For Previous dental front-office experience preferred Eagle soft experience preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Comfortable with computers and new technology Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Positive attitude and a strong team-player mindset Ability to multitask in a busy dental office Why Join Us? 4-day work week — Monday through Friday schedule with some Fridays as needed 1 week of paid holiday after one year of service Quarterly bonus program — bonuses paid every three months 401(k) plan after one year of service Friendly, collaborative, and supportive work environment Opportunity to grow with a modern, technology-focused dental practice Application Questions - Please answer following question precisely with resume to be considered for this position. 1.
