Envizion Medical is a patient-focused clinic specializing in weight loss, hormone replacement, nutrition, and functional medicine. Our collaborative team includes Patient Coordinators, Nutrition Coaches, Hormone Therapy Providers, Nurse Practitioners, and Physicians. Together, we help patients achieve optimal health through personalized care plans that include medication, supplementation, and lifestyle coaching.WHAT YOU'LL DO
You'll be the friendly and professional first point of contact for patients, providing critical support to our providers and clients.Responsibilities include:
Answering phones and emails Scheduling, check-ins, and check-outs Patient chart prep and auditing Coordinating medication orders with pharmacies Collecting payments and discussing services/products Dispensing medication per Florida medical laws Taking vitals and assisting the medical team EMR data entry, scanning, and clerical tasksQUALITIES WE VALUE

Prior medical office or healthcare experience Familiarity with prescription tracking or EMR systems Comfort in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of medical/drug terminology is a plusSCHEDULE & LOCATION
Full-time:
