Job Description

Administrative Assistant/Patient Care Coordinator Full-Time Longboat Key, FL It's a great day to find the right fit! Dr. O'Neil and the team at Longboat Key Dental are looking for an Administrative Assistant who's ready to wear a few hats — part Patient Care Coordinator, part right hand to the whole team — greeting patients with a genuine smile, coordinating schedules and treatment plans, handling insurance and billing, and keeping the day running smoothly from the front desk. We're a small, boutique, values-driven practice, so who you are matters more to us than what's on your resume: someone who looks out for our patients' best interests even when it's the harder conversation, who takes care of the people around them without keeping score, and who owns their work instead of pointing elsewhere when something slips. Picture the kind of person who's naturally organized and can run with things on their own without someone standing over their shoulder, communicates clearly and warmly with patients and teammates alike, brings real focus and a little intensity to getting the details right, genuinely cares about people, is fun to have around (we laugh a lot here), and is so dependable that the team never has to wonder whether something got done — if that's you, we'd love to hear from you.
