Full Job Description SUMMARY:
The Registrar Assistant will be responsible for recording, organizing, and managing activities related to student records and certification testing. The assistant is also responsible for working on retention and supporting on-campus certification testing. Activities and operations include calling students, data entry, organization, and maintaining academic records such as externship hours and exams, etc.
ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Retention Activity:
Contact students who have missed scheduled classes. Assist students with submitting externship documents Assist the collection and posting of attendance Collection and filing of academic documents.
National Exams:
Promote and assist students with the National Exam registration process. Contact students to schedule and attend certification testing. Serve as the liaison between students and certifying agency, NAPUSA site
GENERAL EXPECTATIONS
Participating in development activities appropriate to your discipline or position. Maintaining a positive and supportive work environment. Acknowledging and complying with all state, federal and accrediting bodies' regulations, and standards. This is a full time on site position in Miramar. Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Highly organized and able to work with different systems. Must be very detailed and be able to perform with high quality and accuracy. Effective verbal and written communicatio n skills.
