This resource will be responsible for the overall general office functions to support the patient care, including patient registration, insurance verification, collection of applicable co-insurance and co-payments. You'll also be scheduling of diagnostic and follow up appointments and answering phone calls. You'll greet patients when they arrive and manage wait times as well as complete check-in and check-out tasks! You'll manage cashier box and daily deposits and process walk-in patients and visitors.
