What You'll Do Answer inbound calls with a warm, helpful tone Call new patients to welcome them and guide them through their first visit Schedule appointments and assist with patient inquiries Build rapport and ensure patients feel taken care of from first contact onward You are the friendly voice and first connection patients have with our office.
