This is a 100% outpatient position offering an excellent work-life balance, extremely limited telephone call, dedicated clinical support, competitive compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package. Position Highlights 36-40 hours per week 100% outpatient practice No inpatient or hospital responsibilities Treat patients of all ages, with a primarily adult patient population Dedicated Medical Assistant (MA) support for each provider Collaborative, multidisciplinary practice environment Epic EMR Telephone call only once every six months Call consists of approximately one week of telephone coverage only No inpatient rounding or hospital call Compensation $200,000 base salary Base salary is negotiable depending on background, training and experience Quarterly incentive opportunities Potential sign-on bonus Potential relocation assistance $480 annual cellphone allowance Student Loan Repayment The position is eligible for student loan repayment programs, subject to individual program requirements, including: National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Florida Reimbursement Assistance for Medical Education (FRAME) These programs can provide significant student loan repayment assistance for qualifying physicians.
