As a Patient Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office by providing administrative support and exceptional service to our patients.

Patient Coordinator:
Schedule patients effectively and be responsible for maintaining a full, productive schedule that maximizes patient care and office efficiency Master treatment plan presentations and effectively communicate recommended treatments to patients, helping them understand importance of their oral health Check patients in and out ensuring a seamless and positive experience from arrival to departure Verify insurance benefits and provide clear explanations of coverage, out-of-pocket costs, and payment options Manage patient financials including collecting and posting payments, insurance billing, and following up on outstanding balances Answer the phone promptly and professionally addressing patient requests in a helpful manner Be courteous, friendly, and helpful at all times — creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for every patient who walks through our doors Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the office runs smoothly and every patient receives outstanding care What you'll bring: One(1+) years' experience in a dental front office position with knowledge in dental terminology, treatment procedures, and dental software systems Must be able to work every Friday and Saturday Understanding of insurance processes and billing Experience with the Open Dental software preferred Excellent and positive communication skills with both the team and patients Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Stable work history demonstrated on your resume Good customer service to create a welcoming environment for the patients in our communities
