Job Description

Full-Time Receptionist in Primary Care / Urgent Care Clinic with eClinical EMR for over a year. The candidate should be knowledgeable in Insurance. 1 to 2 years of Medical office experience is a plus. The employee will work in Spring Hill but may have to go to the New Port Richey Office. Salary is paid biweekly. Work Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM and one in 3 or one in 4 Saturdays with a day off. Health Insurance is available to the employee. Summary As a Medical Office Front Desk professional, you will be essential in delivering outstanding patient service and administrative support within our urgent care center. Your responsibilities will include managing front desk operations, handling medical records, and utilizing EMR systems to ensure efficient patient flow. With core skills in medical office experience and clerical duties, you will contribute to a welcoming environment. Your premium knowledge of HIPAA regulations and EHR systems will enhance compliance and patient care. Join our dedicated team to significantly impact our clinic's operations and patient satisfaction. Responsibilities Greet and assist patients as they arrive at the urgent care center, ensuring a welcoming environment. Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently, utilizing EMR systems for accurate record-keeping. Schedule appointments and handle inquiries via multi-line phone systems, providing excellent customer service. Maintain and organize medical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Support medical staff with administrative tasks and coordinate communication between departments.
