Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate enrollment reporting to the National Student Clearinghouse. Collect, validate, and report data for federal, state, and institutional requirements, including IPEDS. Conduct audits of student information systems and resolve data discrepancies. Support compliance initiatives and institutional data tracking. Respond to internal data requests and prepare reports for university stakeholders. Assist with graduation audits, degree verification, and student record maintenance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with databases, student information systems, or data management. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Knowledge of higher education regulations, reporting requirements, and data privacy preferred. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
