This includes, but is not limited to, registration, complex scheduling, referral coordination, benefit verification, preauthorization, order transcription and general inquiries from patients, providers and the general public. This is a float position that will rotate between various St. Luke's locations in the Treasure Valley. This provides a great opportunity to learn various skills and experience in various settings!

Shift details:

We have part-time and full-time positions available. 7 days a week and all hours, rotate on call shifts. Requires days, nights, and weekends! What you can expect from this role: Registration, scheduling, and referral coordination for patients Discussions on financial options and/or explanations of insurance coverage, including authorizations, verifications, and estimates Use a variety of technologies, tools and resources to support departmental workflows Serves as a role model, mentor, trainer and/or resource to coworkers Other duties as assigned Minimum qualifications for this role:

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

1 year relevant experience.
