Job Description
White Oak Hospice is a family owned and operated hospice company in the Treasure Valley looking for people who share our love and vision for phenomenal hospice care. We are currently looking for an Intake Coordinator to join the White Oak Hospice team. The Intake Coordinator is often the first voice families hear from us and plays a vital role in getting care started. Responsibilities include taking referrals, verifying insurance, obtaining authorizations, and coordinating admissions with our care team.
